Our systems operate on a Microsoft Azure Business Critical cloud storage and processing platform which supports us in exceeding our 98.6% monthly service availability for our APIs, Platform, and Services. This stability underpins all our services.

Support
All of our systems are continuously monitored and where we identify issues or interruptions in advance, we work to address them before customers report them, mitigating disruption. When an issue does arise customers use our Customer Support and Ticketing Service to report and log them. This system ensures we’re rapidly notified of any issues, they’re deployed to the right team and resolved whilst monitoring and communicating progress to customers.

Security
We treat system and online security as a business priority and this is demonstrated by our Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essential Plus Accreditation, a standard we’ve achieved for several years. In addition, our Tier 1 DVLA database license combined with our many years of operational experience ensure our customers can enjoy an unmatched level of trust, reliability and service quality.
